This ultimate version of our APP mainly focuses enhancement on the games’ interface, users’ personalization interface & further increasing user’s loyalty to the platform. Features & Functions
This APP has 3 unique colors to choose from. Other than adding a twist to the APP, we had also changed the graphics of all of the games, bringing in much trendier graphics to stimulate the visual senses of players. We are sure that you’ll like the new features!
Feature 1: Game Interface Improvement
- Homescreen matches pop out- As players opens the APP, the first thing in sight would be the pop out, as it is clicked, the player will then directed to the respective page. Then, the operator is free to use any images/graphics about tournament news, promotions, notices and etc. This feature would boost the exposure rate & deliver messages to the players much more effectively.
- New “Popular Games” Tab – The new “Hot Platforms” Tab is going to aid the operator to promote different platforms easily to the players. This feature enables operators to alter the arrangement of games in the list, focusing the different games to be promoted respectively. Thus, increasing the number of players to the selected games. It would also increase the effectiveness & accuracy on achieving the desired traffic results of respective games.
- New “Platform Under Maintenance Display” – It always causes frustration towards players when the platform is under maintenance and players would not anticipate the maintenance and not know what is the actual time & duration of the maintenance. So, we’ve added the “Under Maintenance Notice” so players are notified about the maintenance hours every time the platform undergoes maintenance. Hence, reducing the number of unnecessary enquiries towards customer service.
- New “Hot Games” & “My Collection” Tab – Now with this new feature, players can set their own favourite games to “My Collection” tab according to their preferences. It will save more time & help players have easier access to their frequently played games. Moreover, we did a little tweak on the user experience during games selection (when changing between games, players do not need to exit from the current game). Even though it’s only a minor tweak, it will give a much better user experience to the players.
Feature 2: Promotion & VIP Function Improvement
- New “Gift Redemption” Section – We’ve added a new Gift Redemption Promo section. How does it work? The webmaster can upload the graphics, key-in the promo’s title, redemption terms & conditions. For the players who fulfill the said terms & conditions, they will be entitled to key-in respective information to the forms & carry on the following steps. As the promotional settings are set-up correctly, it would definitely help adding the number of players & save down more promotional budget.
- New “Refer-a-Friend Promo” Independent Section – Players can refer the platforms to their friends via designated referral links & QR code. By doing so, the platforms can bring in more players.
- New “VIP Privileges” feature – An independent VIP page to help you to differentiate players of different tiers. Not only that, this page also features a mission tracker mode. Players can now complete the designated missions in order to gain their VIP Status. The page would also track the players’ accomplished missions. This feature would definitely increase player’s loyalty to the platform.
